Michael Neal, the funeral director for William G. Neal Funeral Homes, kisses his wife Sherrie, outside their funeral home in Washington. Neal helped work on the new Cancer Drug Repository Bill, which will become state law next year. His wife has stage 4 neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer and had to change prescriptions after a $16,000 dose of medicine arrived at their home.
